ComPackt® paper for SpeedMan® and PaperJet® packaging systems
ComPackt® Paper is an eco-friendly recycled paper with a space-saving fanfold. It can be used particularly efficiently and quickly with our SpeedMan® and PaperJet® packaging systems to produce filling materials or create resilient paper cushioning. In particular, companies with a major filling volume requirement in the shipping areas, such as e‑commerce hubs, fulfilment and distribution centres or 3PL firms profit from the linear metre quantity per pallet. Each continuous pallet contains 7,600 linear metres of ComPackt® Paper.
This high linear metre volume reduces loading intervals, thus minimising frequent interruptions of the packing process. The pallets with the ComPackt® Paper can be handled and lifted effortlessly with a pallet truck. Special preparation of the material is unnecessary – with the ComPackt® Paper immediately usable after pallet replacement. This means that lifting and heaving heavy rolls or individual paper stacks is immediately a thing of the past for your employees.
Due to the special folds and pallet feed, the paper can be processed considerably quicker than rolls, reducing throughput times considerably in your packaging process.
Optimise your packing area or packaging process by, for example, using ComPackt® Paper in conjunction with the PaperJet® for centralised pre-production. Direct supply of entire packing lines is possible through a variety of integration options and storage containers with the PaperJet® paper cushioning system. The paper can, for example, be processed directly in the packing station with the SpeedMan® MAX to meet particularly high filling volume requirements.

Our eco-friendly filling and padding papers are Blue Angel award winners and certified by the FSC®. They consist of 100 % recycled paper with no added virgin fibres, optical brighteners or refining agents which are harmful to health.
