PackSynergy links member businesses with specific group suppliers to create a high-performing organisation. We can create a crucial network by combining our strengths as a group. By doing this, we actively support the security of our members in the future, fulfil our service commitment to clients across Europe, and open up sales markets for our group suppliers.
Samuel Grant Packaging, the North’s largest packaging distributor, became the UK arm of PackSynergy in 2018, now a network of 21 leading European packaging materials distributors. Joining the group of equally innovative and entrepreneurial companies has allowed Samuel Grant Packaging to increase their product range, and swap best practices with their European counterparts.
The group meet regularly to discuss trends and innovations in the world of industrial packaging, and to share their knowledge and expertise collaboratively. They are also able to pool their experiences in warehouse and logistics management.
Our global network is utilised by our self-governing members for cooperative branding and communication projects in addition to trade and purchasing. The group suppliers that we have carefully chosen have access to industry leaders in each nation, as well as an effective forum for exchanging ideas and experiences related to sales and distribution.
PERSONAL WORDS FROM MR. BAUR ON THE OCCASION OF THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY:
It is a pleasure and honour for me to celebrate the 25th anniversary of PACKSYNERGY AG together with our partners and their employees.
In these 25 years, we have not only steadily grown and developed as a network, but we have also remained true to our fundamental values. Authenticity, trust, professionalism and independence form the foundation of our success. These values made it possible for us to establish ourselves as a network in the market and to offer each partner the greatest possible benefit from their membership and Europe-wide connections.
Today, we can proudly say that the PACKSYNERGY network is a unique packaging network with currently 22 market-leading companies in 21 countries. With a strong presence in the European market, cross-border opportunities open up for our partners. The international exchange of knowledge among each other enables companies to drive innovation and continuously develop their know-how.
The future belongs to companies that are networked alongside their own strong market position. Strategic networking opens up opportunities and competitive advantages that will be decisive in future market developments.
From this, we derive our mission for the future:

By offsetting the company’s emissions (Packsynergy), we underline our commitment to climate protection and sustainability. PackSynergy’s partners will progressively become carbon-neutral starting in 2021. Offsetting unavoidable corporate emissions via support for climate action projects represents an important element of any comprehensive climate action strategy along with the avoidance and reduction of carbon dioxide emissions.
Our “climate-neutral” label and the certificate showing our ClimatePartner ID number ensure the necessary transparency about the way we offset our carbon emissions as well as our commitment to national and international carbon offset projects.

ONE EXAMPLE: THE SPEEDBOX
The SPEEDBOX, which is 85% faster than any normal folding box, is a good example here. It saves time and money – and is gentle on the nerves. The self-adhesive seal and rip-open strip enable optimum handling while the double bottom and overlapping inside and lid flaps provide maximum stability.
